1. Delivery Locations

We currently ship orders across Pakistan, including major cities and selected remote areas. Delivery availability may vary based on courier service coverage.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other cities / remote areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping: PKR ___ (flat rate)

  • Free shipping: On orders above PKR ___ (if applicable)

Shipping charges (if any) are clearly shown at checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan where supported by our courier partners. Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS / WhatsApp / email to track your shipment.

7. Courier Partners

We work with reliable courier services in Pakistan such as Leopards, TCS, Call Courier, Trax, or M&P (depending on availability).

8. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping charges.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures or video proof for assistance.
